Weddings at the Cooper Barn include the following….
Access to our gambrel barn and surrounding open spaces and gardens
Bridal loft and outdoor balcony
Multiple ceremony sites to choose from with up to 125 white cushioned ceremony chairs
Farmhouse tables and seating for up to 125 guests
Additional cocktail tables and antique tables for cake/guest books/gifts.
Ample lit parking for up to 80 vehicles with parking attendant.
Prep Kitchen with sinks, refrigerator and ice machine.
Two permanent climate controlled guest washrooms, wheelchair accessible and fully stocked with essentials.
A property host on the grounds for the duration of your event for support and property maintenance (note: does not include planning or coordination)
Essential amenities: paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, etc provided
Use of farm for bridal shoot and rehearsal

The farm is located in northern Orange County. Just 15 minutes north of Hillsborough, 20 minutes from Roxboro and 25 minutes from Durham.

Our barn can comfortably accomodate up to 125 guests with indoor and covered outdoor seating.

We will work with you on an inclement weather plan that we can accomodate if rain is in the forecast.

Yes, we require a day of wedding coordinator to ensure your special day goes smoothly. We can recommend some fabulous planners in the area if you need assistance.

Our bathrooms and kitchen prep area are climate controlled. Our gambrel barn is wonderful to be enjoyed open air and is not fully climate controlled, but supplemental heat and A/C are provided during extreme weather.

You are welcome to choose your favorite vendors. While we currently do not require you to work with a specific list of vendors, we do require all vendors you choose to provide us with a COI and signed contract with our facility. We are happy to share recommendations upon request.

As a working farm, we are unable to host pets due to biosecurity and livestock concerns. If a service animal is required, advance notice helps us to best accomodate you.
